Whether you are training 1-on-1 or semi-privately with a partner or in group of 3, your training sessions are fully customized and individualized according to your unique postural status and your goals.

 

1-on-1 Private Person Training

1-on-1 private personal training is ideal for anyone new to exercise who needs Nicky’s full attention to learn the intricacies of proper form and technique, not only to prevent injury but to maximize results.

Pay as You go $75/session

package of 8 sessions $560 $70/session

*The Fine Print: Sessions must be used within 6 weeks

monthly memberships

2x/week training (8 sessions/mo.) $520 $65/session

3x/week training (12 sessions/mo.) $720 $60/session

*The Fine Print: Session must be used within 4 weeks. Any session missed within a given week can be credited to the following week during the month.




Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training can mean partner training and groups of 3. It is great for spouses, partners and friends who want to train together or for people who are motivated by the energy of training with other people but who want more personal attention than you would get in a group setting. This type of training is a great transition from private 1-on-1 sessions once the fundamentals of proper form and technique while resistance training have been mastered.

2x/week training (8 sessions/mo.) $360 $45/session

3x/week training (12 sessions/mo.) $480 $40/session

*The Fine Print: Session must be used within 4 weeks. Any member who can not make the scheduled training time can pay the difference for a solo training session to be used at a later scheduled date.
