What could I say about Nicky other than..she is absolutely amazing at what she does! Nicky was welcoming and encouraging from the moment I met her. Not only was she good at pushing me past what I thought were my limits, but she was EXTREMELY aware and careful of my individual injuries. This review is long overdue. Nicky has been my trainer for approx. 2 months and she is honestly one of the best investments I have ever made for myself. I went to Nicky because after decades of trying different exercise routines and nutrition regimens, I couldn't get the desired results with my physique.

Seriously, she's a ton of fun and really pays attention to you during the exercises to make sure you get the most out of each session. I'm hooked and I HATE exercise, that's how good she is.
