BEFORE YOU MAKE THE FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

TO HIRING A TRAINER, I WANT TO EMPOWER YOU WITH THE KNOWLEDGE TO BE ABLE TO TRULY ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS 

LET'S BUST SOME MYTHS

EXERCISE ALONE WILL TRANSFORM YOUR BODY: FALSE

​

Exercise alone is NOT the key to body transformation. In fact, you don't even need to exercise to lose scale weight. Whether your goal is to bring down the numbers on the scale, lose fat or gain muscle definition, your eating habits are 80% of the equation. Your diet will make you smaller. Your workout program will make you tighter, leaner and stronger. Together they will change your body, make you healthier, clear your mental fog and improve your sleep patterns. And in turn, all areas of your life will improve.

CARDIO WILL MAKE YOU LOSE FAT FASTER: FALSE

​

Cardio is NOT the key to fat loss and could actually cause your body fat to increase. The more cardio you do, the more efficient your body gets at doing it. This means you’ll burn less calories every time you do the same type of cardio. You could also burn up valuable muscle, which would then increase your ratio of body fat. So basically all that cardio you’re doing is accomplishing the opposite of your goals. And lastly as if cardio doesn't suck enough already, you also only burn calories for as long as you're doing it. Now want to know what lowers your bodyfat percentage and burns calories even in your sleep? Muscle. And you know how you get muscle? You guessed it. Resistance Training

hiring a trainer guarantees you'll get results: FALSE

 

This one is a real kick in the pants, I know, but spending your hard earned money on a trainer doesn't guarantee results because your trainer can't monitor all 24 hours in your day where you're responsible for your own food choices and sleep and exercise schedule. However, hiring a trainer does give you an advantage in that:

  • You will have a clear and proven roadmap to reaching your goals vs. just stabbing in the dark or jumping from diet to diet or program to program without ever seeing results.

  • You will have an accountability partner to help keep you consistent and seeing progress.

  • You will have a strategy partner when you need help figuring out modifications to your program

  • You will have your very own cheerleader for days when motivation is lagging.

IN PERSON

TRAINING

Get away from public gyms with questionable cleanliness protocols or personal training gyms crowded with group sessions and train solo or with a friend in my brand new, immaculate and fully stocked private facility. You pay good money for personal training, and your personal training space should reflect that!

I also offer Mobile Training where I come to you and train you in the comfort and privacy of your own home gym.

​

In-person Training is the ultimate private personal training experience.

ONLINE 

TRAINING

Online Training is perfect if you already has some experience with proper resistance training form and technique. 

 

You will get a program guaranteed to get you results plus I will be your accountability partner every step of the way to check in with at regular intervals so together we can make sure you keep seeing progress.

With the tools I will give you, Online Training will seem like I am right there with you, but at a fraction of the cost of regular in-person sessions.

HYBRID TRAINING

Hybrid Training is the pefect combination of in-person sessions and online training.

I will empower you with the tools to get results without being tied to a trainer, but you still receive the personalized attention of working out and checking in with me in-person at regular intervals throughout your program.

THERE ARE MANY TRAINERS WHO HAVE BEEN IN SHAPE THEIR ENTIRE LIFE. I AM NOT ONE OF THEm.

I struggled with my weight for so many years that I have lived the struggle many of my clients face.

I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 12 YEARS.

You can read all the personal training textbooks in the world, but nothing will replace real world experience with clients, figuring out exactly which workout and nutrition methods work in real world settings.

​

I HAVE INVESTED IN MY EDUCATION SO I CAN BETTER SERVE THE NEEDS OF MY CLIENTS.

I am an NASM-certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Nutrition Coach. I also have my TRX and FMS 1 (Functional Movement Screen) certifications. What this means is not only do I understand the science behind fitness and nutrition, my specialty is in assessing and addressing any muscle imbalances you may have so you can FEEL as good as you LOOK.

MY SLOGAN IS PANCAKES TO PEACHES FOR A REASON. I SPECIALIZE IN BUILDING BUTTS!

My lifelong frustration with my own body was always that my legs developed and gained size so easily but I could never build my butt. At one point, my hamstrings were bigger than my booty!

 It became my personal passion to find exercises that would develop my glutes without building my legs any more. It took me 20 years of training myself to come across a system that would achieve that and today I share this with my clients. Don't waste your money on implants or fillers ladies! We can build the booty of your dreams!
